Membership Renewal

Dear TGIF Families,

If you plan to return to TGIF next year, it’s time to re-enroll your family. If you did not read yesterday's email explaining the new fees please do so.

Send an email to [email protected] if you are certain your family will not be returning to TGIF, or if you experience issues re-enrolling. I will respond as soon as possible.

After re-enrollment for returning members closes June 14th, we will be inviting waitlisted families to fill any remaining spots.

You will not recieve an automatic pop up or confirmation email that you have completed membership. As I have time I will send you an email manually. If you follow the steps below, you have completed re-enrollment. 

This year we will be updating background checks that have expired. I will send an email to you if you need to complete a new one.

Follow these steps in order to re-enroll: 

  • Sign in to your TGIF account. A pop up box will inform you that you need to update your info, click close.
  • Skip forms for now and verify all family info is correct. The primary member should be the main adult attending TGIF.
  • Update all children's grades, add new children, and update any medical / allergy info. This info will be accessible by teachers and aides.
  • Change any adult children to the grade "Graduate". 
  • Add all children in your family even if they dont attend TGIF. All family members are TGIF members and this will allow you to sign them up for field trips and other events. 
  • Check all boxes for Conversation Categories - To be an active member you must recieve all TGIF emails called "Conversation Categories"
  • CLICK UPDATE at the bottom of the page
  • Go back to your profile page and update emergency forms, complete a separate one for new children.
  • Under Statement of Faith click "add new", and sign the document.
  • Register for one member job. Read the job description before choosing. You can access member jobs under class registrations. All members are required to fulfill one annual member job. 

The reenrollment process is complete, an invoice will be sent soon to pay the membership fee of $175, due by June 30th. You can pay by PayPal, or send me an email stating you would like to pay by check. I will reply with the mailing address.
